We have a lot for you to enjoy during your visit! This includes a game room featuring a pool table, a variety of board games, and fun lawn games to keep you entertained. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore our expansive private property, including a stunning lake where you can relax and take in the view (please note that swimming and boating is not permitted).

Nestled in the Catskill mountains between Livingston Manor and Roscoe, you'll find shops and restaurants just 15 minutes away. A scenic 10-minute walk leads to Beaverkill Covered Bridge, ideal for swimming and outdoor activities. A short drive can take you to Little Pond State Park, Big Pond, and various local hiking trails.
